An evening of dinner and dancing  that celebrates Ol' Blue Eyes with Sinatra expert Gil Gigliotti.  Gil has published 3 Sinatra related books,   has taught several classes on Sinatra at Central Connecticut State University, has lectured frequently about Frank and has hosted a weekly Sinatra radio show, "Frank, Gil,  and Friends " on WFCS 107.7 FM New Britain  since December, 1993

 

At every opportunity, Frank Sinatra would salute the musicians and wordsmiths who composed his songs because he knew that, without them, his voice would have meant nothing. During "Sinatra Night II: The Songwriters," we'll jump into the Great American Songbook and learn how its creators, from the Gershwins and Rodgers & Hart to Cole Porter and Cahn & Van Heusen, helped make Sinatra SINATRA!

Asian Salmon:  North Atlantic salmon with Sesame garlic glaze topped with grilled pineapple

 

French Onion Grilled Chicken:  Boneless grilled breasts with caramelized onion, melted cheddar and drizzled with apple cider reduction

 

Lobster Ravioli: Sherry lobster cream sauce over lobster stuffed ravioli with basil aioli and fresh grated parmesan

 

Rigatoni Bolognese:  Ground veal and pork give this sauce it' s magic!  A house favorite with fresh grated parmesan 

 

Apple cranberry  Chicken:  Boneless breasts with apple cranberry chutney and drizzled with apple cider reduction

 

Jumbo Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms:  tomato, goat cheese, basil aioli  (vegetarian)

 

Grilled 12oz Choice Rib Eye Steak (add $10.00 pp): served with caramelized onion, Horseradish sauce and drizzled with balsamic

reduction
